We reserve the right to inspect and assess any vehicle before confirming a service or repair. Work will only begin once the scope and estimated cost have been communicated to the customer.
Quotes are given verbally or in writing before work begins. Any additional work required after inspection will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.
Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and bank transfer.
We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor performed at our workshop. Parts used are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, where applicable.
Lucky Automobile & Workshop is not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with a vehicle that were not noted and recorded at the time of drop-off.
Vehicles must be collected within 3 days of service completion. Vehicles left beyond this period may incur additional charges or be subject to other arrangements communicated to the customer.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
